What is your billing procedure at Contract Screen Printers?

We accept Visa and Mastercard for your convience. Once an invoice is generated, we require a 50% deposit. The balance will be applied before any garments will ship out. First orders and rush orders require payment in full before your items will ship. We do offer Net 15 and Net 30 terms if you qualify. Please contact us for a credit aplication. Please note getting approval may take 5-7 working days.


Will Contract Screen Printers drop ship to our end users?

Absolutely. There will be no trace of our name associated with your shipment and your address will appear in the return address. We ship UPS and FEDEX and have daily pickups and deliveries.


What is your normal turnaround time?

Normal turnaround time is 7-10 working days, however we work as dilligently as possible to get your orders out earlier. We also offer rush service pending our production schedule, so if your job is time sensitive let us know and we will work with you as best as possible to accomodate your needs.


Who does Contract Screen Printers sell its wholesale screen printing services to?

We will only offer special wholesale pricing to our distributors and not end users. You must have a PPAI, SAGE,UPIC or ASI # or contact us to be an approved reseller.


Will Contract Screen Printers check our orders shipped from out t-shirt supplier?

All of the garments recieved are counted in and mmatched up with your purchase order before it prints to make sure sizes, style, and colors are also correct. If there are any discrepancies or damages you wil be notified.

Will I recieve a proff before you print my job?

Yes. We will send you an email proof confirming size, placement and print colors before we run your job. No job will proceed into production without your written approval.
